These are traditional Okinawan island sandals for between outer and inner. They are made from a plant called adan, which is carefully woven one by one by craftsmen.
Because they are made of a plant, they are hard to wear at first, but as you wear them, they become softer and softer to fit your feet. The bottom of the sole is uneven at first, but gradually becomes more comfortable.
The straps are specially made using an old Japanese pattern-dyed cloth wrapped around a core. Please understand that the fabric of each strap is made from a different material, so there may be slight variations in color and pattern.
