This wooden bowl is handmade in Japan. The surface is carved from zelkova wood, chiselled and colored with food-grade paint. It has an antique texture.
Because it is made of zelkova wood, it is water resistant, and because food-grade paint is used, it can also be used to place food on.
Each piece is made by hand from natural wood, so there is a possibility that some of the shapes may be different. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to check each piece.
